1) Fake helpline/numbers: If you are going to avail there service, check out the attached photo and call their numbers. You will find that most of the numbers won't work. Their main Bangalore office phone (what they call as 24 hours customer care) in non working hours, is picked by their watchman who has no idea of anything.
2) Fake address: You will not find any of their addresses in anywhere official (except the main one) i.e. Website, any document etc. You will just see their numbers that don't work. Do your own research.
3) Not delivered one item yet: Forget about not breakage of items, They haven't delivered one of the items.Guess what? It has been 2 months.I am tired from calling them again and again.
4) Insurance: I called their office 20+ times for Insurance Papers but they haven't given any. They got me rotating around some Shukla, Rajesh, Mishra etc.
5) Damaged stuff: These guys have damaged a lot of goods of mine.
6) Delayed service: I opted for early delivery of my vehicle i.e. in 2 days but they made me wait for 5 days.
7) Initially they told us that half of the payment needs to be upfront and other half should be at time of delivery. Later on when they came to my home, they told that I have to goto their Hyderabad office, which is 25 kms from my home, and make payment over there before I will receive my items.
8) Ill cultured and horrible manners: It is completely different ball game after you make payment. Their tone of communication gets horrible.
9) Not own service: In Hyderabad, they don't have their own service. They rely on other vendors to deliver your goods.
I shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad. If you still think you can avail their service, do it at your own risk. Manually verify calling them in their numbers in night or other numbers. Search their addresses online. You will understand yourself. My Invoice Number is 19060.
